I believe massage therapy should be a part of everyone wellness program. I use many different techniques to achieve maximum results.  I work along side a chiropractor to help his patients see results faster.  I truly believe massage can help to enhance a persons quality of life, provide better range of motion and flexibility.  I start w the basic Swedish massage and incorporate techniques such as pin & stretch, neuromuscular therapy and myofacial release.  I access my client and tailor their session to their specific needs.  I have been licensed for 7 years now graduating from the Center for Natural Wellness school of massage therapy.  Helping people is a life long passion of mine and massage therapy is the best career I could have chosen.
